AROUND THE WORLD TRACKER

WE'VE DONE IT !!

Our 40,000 km journey around the World is complete!

A year today we set off and after 365 days of people getting active, sharing their efforts we have walked, ran, cycled, scooted and jumped a grand total of 42,413.08 km!

The  pandemic and the many lockdowns not only highlighted the amazing work carried out by charities and volunteers, it also highlighted the value of our opemn green spaces, the importance of our physical and mental health and what strength there is in community spirit.

Helping Broxbourne Travel The World, getting up and getting active and conquering this epic distance, I hope has helped celebrate all these things and of course I hope you all had fun!

I am super proud of the AMAZING feat we have achieved. THANK YOU to you ALL for making this happen.

WE DID IT !!

We have already shown how much we can achieve collectively by going into Lockdown. Now let's continue that community spirit and find ways to give something back...

WORKING TOGETHER FUNDED BY YOU!

THIS YEAR EHAAT NEEDS TO RAISE £9 MILLION TO REMAIN OPERATIONAL.

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT) is a charity that provides a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) to people living in and passing through the region. This service is free to patients and their families with every single life saving mission costing EHAAT £2,200.

EHAAT aims to save lives, reduce or prevent disability, or suffering from critical illness and injury, by delivering a first class pre-hospital emergency medical service to the people of Essex, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

Without access to National Lottery funding and with limited support from Government, Essex & Herts Air Ambulance rely upon the generosity and goodwill of the people and businesses of Essex and Hertfordshire to remain operational and keep saving lives – working together funded by you!
